Here's why the ad is so bad.
Last year, Mr. Webster spoke at a Christian conference and told the men in the audience to select a Bible verse or two for their wives. But, he cautioned them,
Don�t pick the ones that say, uh, "She should submit to me." That�s in the Bible, but pick the ones that you�re supposed to do. So instead, "Love your wife even as Christ loved the church," and so on, instead of "Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands." She can pray that if she wants to, but don�t you pray it.Now watch what Grayson does with the "wives submit" quote.
So yeah, Grayson is despicable.
Et tu, big media?
Remember Shirley Sherrod and all the calls for Breitbart's head when he posted a clip of her at an NAACP event -- a clip, I might add, that he did not edit?
"Context!" howled an enraged press. "Context!" the media screamed.
